7/1/04 - Basic Web, docs and source directory structure defined. Globus 2.4.3 GPT and GSI packages installed. A few functions to create and check a Globus Grid proxy certificate which we will use in the rest of the library. Ongoing discussions with my portal developers about re-use of Grid services.
